Hidden Rules & Critical Conditions
- Turbo: Trailing Drawdown Locks at Initial Balance After Payout [Critical]: On Turbo funded accounts, the trailing drawdown floor rises as account balance grows. However, after a withdrawal is processed, the floor locks permanently at the original starting balance. Example: $100K account grows to $107K, trader withdraws $5K → balance is now $102K but the drawdown floor has locked at $100K, leaving only a $2,000 buffer before breach. The $5K withdrawal effectively converts floating buffer into permanent risk exposure. Confirmed via Leveraged FAQ on trailing drawdown calculation.
- Turbo: 20% Best Day Consistency Rule on Funded Stage [Warning]: On Turbo funded accounts, no single trading day's profit can represent more than 20% of the trader's total cumulative profits at the time of a withdrawal request. Consistency Score = (Best Day Profit ÷ Total Profit) × 100. If this exceeds 20%, the payout is blocked until the trader continues trading to dilute the ratio below 20%. Confirmed via Leveraged FAQ on consistency rules.
- 2-Minute Minimum Hold Time — All Plans [Warning]: All Leveraged accounts require a minimum 2-minute holding time for every trade. Frequent violations are flagged by the Risk Team and may result in warnings, profit forfeiture, or immediate account termination. This applies to both challenge and funded stages across all five plan types. Confirmed via Leveraged FAQ.
- News Trading 5-Minute Window Ban — Profits Removed [Warning]: Trades opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news event result in a soft breach: the profits from those trades are removed. Pending orders (limit orders, stop entries) triggered within the window also count. Exception: positions opened more than 24 hours before a news event are protected. Only the Sprint plan is exempt. Confirmed via Leveraged FAQ on news trading.
- Daily Drawdown Resets from End-of-Day Equity Peak [Warning]: The daily loss limit is calculated from the higher of (a) account balance or (b) account equity at market close (23:00 GMT+3 = server close). If a trader holds a profitable position overnight and equity is higher than balance at close, the next day's drawdown reference point is elevated — making the absolute daily loss limit temporarily smaller. Confirmed via Leveraged FAQ on daily drawdown calculation.
- $25 Fee Per Wire Transfer and Revolut Payout [Warning]: Each wire transfer and each Revolut withdrawal carries a $25 operational fee charged by Leveraged. Crypto payouts have no listed operational fee. Confirmed on the Leveraged payout information page.
- 3 Profitable Trading Days Required Before First Payout: All Leveraged funded accounts require the trader to complete a minimum of 3 profitable trading days — each generating a profit of at least 0.5% of the initial account balance — before the first withdrawal can be requested. Days do not need to be consecutive. This applies across Jr., Sr., Exec., Turbo, and Sprint plans. Confirmed via FAQ on minimum profitable trading days.
- 30-Day Inactivity Leads to Account Termination: Accounts with no trading activity for 30 or more consecutive calendar days may be terminated. A notification is sent before termination proceeds. Confirmed via ToS §11.1.k.
